Fall 2021 Welcome Back Event

We're really bummed we couldn't make the in-person Welcome Back Event happen due to the surge in Covid cases, but fear not we have an awesome virtual event planned instead! Join us on Wednesday September 29th from 4:00pm to 5:00pm for a safe, fun social event with other GWISH members. You’ll get to hear some updates from GWISH, what we have in store for the coming year, and get to socialize with other GWISH members. Rather than using Zoom, we wanted to try out the platform "Gather Town" (https://www.gather.town/). With Gather Town you get to create your own avatar, walk around the virtual room, and talk to other people of your choosing! We figured this felt like a more organic way to socialize and network with other members rather than the randomly assigned breakout rooms.
